Holograph. States that he cannot meet Gates in Boston; "Elder Abraham [Perkins]... writes that [the Enfield Shakers] must borrow from the bank some $14,000 to hand over to Davis, as ordered by the Court", presumably in the case of Davis v. Dyer (the "Shaker Mills Case").
